He holds a Master of Science degree in Human Settlements (cum laude) from Katholike University of Leuven, Belgium and a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from The University of Nairobi in 2009. Ngumbau has undertaken a wide range of architectural projects both in the private and in the public sector. Amongst the organizations he has worked for are Studio Infinity Architects, Lexicon + Ion Designs and the Ministry of Public Works.

Cyprian Kiprop has undertaken a wide range of architectural projects both in the private and in the public sector. Amongst the organizations he has worked for are Jawkim Architects and The National Construction Authority

He holds a Master of Science degree in Urban Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from The University of Nairobi in 2009. Newton Korir has undertaken a wide range of architectural projects both in the private and in the public sector. Amongst the organizations he has worked for are Tarakibu Architects, Tectura International , County Government of Kilifi and the Ministry of Public Works.

We undertake Feasibility Studies for projects to determine the suitability of sites, topographical constraints, design and outline cost parameters to advise and enable the Client make appropriate decisions at the inception of their project .This feasibility studies are important in determining project viability and defining the project track to achieve value for money.

We seek to understand our Client’s brief and vision by walking with them to define the project parameters and required spaces. We advise them on the design and project management process, and bring on board other professionals required for the successful execution of the project. These include Structural Design, Mechanical Design, Electrical Design, Environmental Impact Assessment and Cost Planning Services. In this process, we act both as Architects and Lead Consultants for the rational execution of the project.

Upon project inception, we undertake Concept Designs and Outline Proposal Designs to delineate the desired vision and objectives of the Client. This Design process is Client Centered to ensure that the Client’s vision remains at the heart and driver of the design process. A successful Outline Design proposal leads to Scheme Designs, Detail design and Construction approval / permitting processes from the relevant authorities. We seek the approval of the Client at all stages of the planning and design process.

Through regular and continued supervision, we bring professional oversight into the construction process to ensure that projects are built as envisioned, quality and workmanship is adhered to and that projects re proceeding within the timelines of the agreed Project Work Plan. This is important in order to avoid cost overruns and abortive works.

We administer the Building Contract on behalf of the Client to ensure that the parties to the construction contract meet their obligations in accordance with the contract. This includes vigilantly flagging potential areas of delays, misunderstandings or likely breaches to avert disputes that may lead to arbitration or court action and thereby affect the progress of the project. We seek to mediate a transparent, accountable and amicable construction process that builds trust and good faith amongst the parties to the building contract.
