This project involved the development of CITAM Youth Halls and a Kitchen Block in Nairobi for Christ Is the Answer Ministries. The project commenced in June 2017 and comprised key facilities, including youth halls and a kitchen block to support the institution’s activities.
Renaissance Africa Consult Ltd provided multidisciplinary consultancy services for the project, including architectural, structural, quantity surveying, mechanical, and electrical engineering services. The professional team comprised a Project Manager, an Architect, a Quantity Surveyor, an Electrical Engineer, a Civil/Structural Engineer, and a Mechanical Engineer. Associated consultants, HK Consult Ltd and Bosko Engineering Ltd, participated in the project for a period of twelve months.
