Proposed Sunday School Classrooms and Youth Hall Block for CITAM Clay City Church

Project Overview

Renaissance Africa Consult was appointed as the Project Architect and Lead Consultant for the proposed extension and alteration works at CITAM Clay City Church.

The project involved the design and development of a new Sunday School Classrooms and Youth Hall Block, including extension and alteration to the existing classroom block. As the lead consultant, Renaissance Africa Consult provided comprehensive professional services, including architectural design, structural engineering design, quantity surveying and cost estimation, electrical and mechanical designs, as well as full construction supervision and contract administration.

This appointment built upon the successful completion of Phase One of the classroom project and focused on further expanding and upgrading the church’s educational and youth facilities at the Clay City branch.
